Encouraging employers to create diversity

There are many benefits to creating diversity in the workforce. Companies need to make sure their employees feel connected with their colleagues, and that they are always encouraged to do their best. Creating a diverse workforce environment means that there will be an increase in creativity, client relations will be increased, and employee morale will also be increased. Many organizations are not embracing workforce diversity because they are unaware of the numerous benefits that workforce diversity brings. what are some other reason why employers may not want to create diversity in their workforce?

Some personal experience...

I personally worked at a place where all the employees were South Asian. Everything we did was pretty much similar, how we produced things and how we organized things. We even spoke in Hindi or Urdu, then our manager decided to hire a girl from Mexico. She adjusted to the South Asian environment very quickly. She had new methods of doing things, and we learned a lot from her, which made a significant improvement in the business later on. Therefore, our employer started hiring people that were a minority, which helped in communicating with customers who were not fluent or did not speak English.  This made our business customer friendly for individual who spoke languages other than English.
