Facing challenges
For many people accepting other people from a different culture is not a big issue because they adapt to change very quickly, for others this might be a problem.They will be inclined to harass and discriminate because some people just can't cope with foreigners working in "their" country. But, many employers have stepped forward and started taking action by embracing and accepting diversity which is a start towards unification. They have also taken a zero-tolerance approach towards harassment and discrimination by creating apprenticeship programs for foreign trained professionals.what are some ways businesses can decrease harassment and discrimination in the workforce?

Inside the workplace, the environment look and feel very different because of the increasing workplace diversity in approximately the next decade or so. There will be people from different cultures and background, and this needs to be understood, and accepted throughout the organization. Potential employees want to make sure they will be treated fairly regardless of their race or ethnicity. In the workforce, the workers will have a boss, or colleague that wont look like them, but everyone has to accept and respect that.They will bring new ideas, new ethics, and different modes of communication methods.

It is clear that companies that have greater diversity in their organizations are at a more advantage then those who do not have as much diversity in their organizations.
